Woke up to a good breakfast spread that exceeded my expectations. The staff was attentive.

I found a lack of electrical plugs near the bed inconvenient, and the towels seemed a bit worn out, which could use some updating.

Ideal for a couple getaway

I stayed in a King Guest Room for a night and. The front desk staff were great, ready to help with anything I needed, like an unexpected meeting last minute. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, I can still feel how comfy it was.

It wasn't inexpensive, but I'd say it was reasonable for what you get.

We enjoyed a good family trip staying at this hotel, where the staff went out of their way to accommodate my elderly parents. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a great selection that kept everyone satisfied. Plus, the proximity to the beautiful Esperanza Iris Theatre was a pleasant surprise!

In my wife's opinion, more covered parking would be convenient for families.

This place is located right by a shopping mall, making it easy to catch a cab to visit the Olmec heads. Additionally, we discovered a nice food park nearby, La Antojeria, where we enjoyed some hot beverages.

The hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly, the room is quiet, the beds are very comfortable, and the amenities include climate control.
